Katharina Schulze advises on all aspects of tenancy law, be it the drafting of tenancy agreements, the termination of tenancies or the assertion of rent claims.

Ms. Schulze advises companies as well as executives (executive board members, managing directors, Prokuristen (persons vested with general commercial power of representation) and executive employees) as well as employees in all questions of labor law and service contract law. She represents our clients nationwide in labor and civil courts of all instances as well as before authorities and in out-of-court proceedings.

In addition to litigation, the core areas of her practice are advising companies on an ongoing basis on all labor law issues, drafting employment and termination agreements in accordance with the rules governing General Terms and Conditions, and advising on and representing them in questions concerning employees' representation, co-determination and collective bargaining agreements.

Her sales-oriented advice includes the development of sales strategies and the drafting of licensing models sales contracts.
